This is a very discreet yet beautiful nose screw. It comes pre-bent in 20 gauge or 18 gauge and your choice of nine titanium colors and fourteen faceted Swarovski crystal gem colors. The gem is 2 mm. The 6AL4V ELI F-136 implant grade titanium is annealed making it easy for you to make slight adjustments to the fit of the nose screw. The nostril screw is 3/4" long before being bent.
