This 18 gauge fixed disk end straight barbell is made from 6AL4V ELI F-136 implant grade titanium. It is internally threaded for comfort during insertion and has one threaded countersunk 3/32" ball end for a precision fit. The fixed titanium disk end is 2.5mm.

This is a great piece of jewelry for anything hardcore you need to do. If you can get the ball on inside your nose and wear it backwards, the flat disk makes a great low-profile end that wont snag on much and is super sturdy. IS quality metal means low likelihood of reaction and ultimate shine. :)
