This high polish 14 gauge titanium curved barbell is made from 6AL4V ELI F-136 implant grade titanium. It is internally threaded for comfort during insertion. The top prong-set gem is 4mm while the bottom fixed prong-set gem is 6mm. Both the removable top gem and the fixed bottom gem are Signity gems of the highest quality.
