This flat back labret is made from 316LVM ASTM F-138 implant grade stainless steel. It is internally threaded for comfort during insertion and has a titanium prong-set synthetic opal (faux-pal) gem end.

The 3mm or 5mm high polished 6AL4V ELI F-136 implant grade titanium disk also unscrews.
