I actually used this to get my nose pierced for work reasons. And it is really flexible and comfortable during the healing process. This was really great because my body doesn't do well with metal piercings while healing so this is awesome.

This was a waste of money not much money, granted, but still ... It claims to be 20g but mine was 1 mm 18g, measured with calipers. In addition, the stem is semi-flexible which makes it really hard to insert since it just bends in half rather than go in your nostril. And the ball on the top is pretty noticeable, which kinda defeats the purpose of a retainer. Id recommend that you skip this and buy a clear glass retainer they're not that expensive and are much better quality.
