Love these! Got 2, one for my helix and one for my tragus. Was a bit difficult to get in my tragus due to very small balls. Would defiantly recommend getting a ball holder also, other than that I haven't had any problems. The balls stay tight and I don't have to worry about them falling off!

I love these internal barbells! The balls are a bit hard to grip because they are small but no harder than any other. Once in they are great. seriously no irritation of the piercing. The ends are secure. Its a great product.
