This is a nicely-made post its NeoMetal so of course you expect and receive quality. The only downside to this threadless post system that I can see is that removing the little end is sometimes quite difficult and painful since I'm pulling on my nose to do so, so sometimes I do think of changing back to a nose screw. However, the advantage of Neometal's threadless posts are that you don't have to worry about the screw drooping down out of your nose, or screwing something tiny onto something else tiny, and you can change out the ends to achieve a multitude of looks. Recommended, but in retrospect I think I might have tried the broader disk end option. It might make changing the end easier on me.

I wear this with the matching threadless ends. It's unbeatable for comfort, and I love the look of the tiny ball. I've ordered many of them because they are SO small its too easy to lose them in the carpet! I've also noticed that if you order a color, its no time before the color wears off and you're back to steel-colored.... but I keep ordering them anyway.
Editor's Note: It is not uncommon for titanium to change back to high polish, it depends on a person's body chemistry ;)

I bought this for my new tragus piercing. The back disk is so petite and stays so much cleaner. Ear buds can actually be worn now without feeling so foreign due to the disc size. Great quality and just the perfect size. Hooked on this piece and I will definitely be buying more ends to decorate it!

These are super easy to insert because you put them in through the back of your ear, which for some reason is easier than through the front like most standard earrings. The gem end also snaps right in and out, no screwing around with screwing! I love love love threadless and I wish they came in 20g so I could wear them in my nose! :)

My piercer recommended Neo Metal jewelry to me for my nose piercing after I expressed my displeasure with L shaped jewelry and my reluctance to use a nose bone since I love changing my nose stud often. I ordered the labret and one gem end to start with. The order arrived very quickly. Inserting the labret took a little bit of practice but once I got the hang of it I fell in love. I love being able to quickly change my jewelry depending on my mood. There are a lot of different styles and designs available in the Neo Metal catalog which allows me to go from a more conservative look for work and far less conservative look for other events. I doubt I will ever use anything else since this offers both comfort and flexibility.

These look very well made, and are super comfortable - I am glad I can wear studs in my nostrils again and not have shiny-boogers, visible posts or a sore inside of my nose.
3/16 is quite a short post, once its in, without the gem there is no protrusion at all through my piercing. Could be too short for some people, but perfect for me.

I ordered three posts. Aside from it taking a long time to get here because of back-ordering I really like them. My piercer recommended NeoMetal to me. I've had them in for a day and all is well. It was a little tricky to get the gem ends in there since the post is only 1/4. I tried bending it while it was in my ear but it hurt a little bit so I took it out and bent the gem end with tweezers... half an hour later I finally got it in. It only took so long because I overestimated how much to bend it. I think they look great and no more threaded jewelry!!

I gave these along with the 4mm prong-set gem ends to my sister as a present. Her boyfriend keeps giving her 14K gold earrings from the mall, and they give her lots of irritation. I wanted to offer her an awesome alternative, and have found it with NeoMetal! We worked together to get them in, she wears regular earrings every now and then and always has trouble inserting them, these were trickier to insert through the back, but easy to do with the NeoMetal taper. She's been wearing them for the last week straight, her ears are happier than they've ever been, and she said she hopes she never has to take them out for anything. Still working on an apology for the bf.

At last! Now that I have three of these all in 1/4 I can wear them all together. I sort of wish there were a size between 1/4 and 5/16 which would fit my very top nostril piercing perfectly, but the 1/4 is going to work well. I have a 5/16, but its a bit too long for my nose and tends to stick out funny.
I wear this jewelry when I do whitewater kayaking. That's how much I love it for its sturdiness!

I used this post for both of my tragus piercings. The disk/base is small enough where it will not show or become uncomfortable in my ear. I especially love this type of post because I don't have to worry about the jewelry untwisting or falling off. It is very easy to adjust how tightly the jewelry stays on. I did order it a bit too long for a tragus piercing, but it is no big deal. Still looks VERY cute!!!

Love this style of jewelry. I had my nose pierced, in December. I originally wore a titanium nose screw. It wasn't bad except when it came time for cold season. I tried the threadless labret system and love it. The disk is small enough that it doesn't get in the way. The big advantage is that you don't end up with the ever popular metal booger sticking out the end of your nose.

This is a great little piece of jewelry. I have three nostril piercings in close proximity, and the tiny flat back is the perfect solution to the whole issue of getting those bent tails tangled up inside my nose. I HIGHLY recommend also getting a pin-end insertion taper if you need help inserting this jewelry in a nostril, it can be tricky to get it in from the inside, but once its in, the threadless ball end is easy to pop in, and its secure. Thanks, NeoMetal, for solving my triple-nostril dilemma!
