This 16g labret is internally threaded for comfort during insertion and has a very thin back for comfort in your mouth. The base material is 316L stainless steel with an implant grade titanium PVD coating. These labrets look like solid gold but are actually made by covering them with an implant grade titanium nitride using PVD. You can choose a wearable length of 5/16" or 3/8".

I love the way this labret looks, but I ordered the wrong length!! At this price, I'm definitely going to buy another of the shorter length soon. This labret is one of the few gold-colored pieces of jewelry I have found at such a reasonable price.
