This labret is internally threaded for comfort during insertion and has a very thin back for comfort in your mouth. The base material is 316L stainless steel with a colored PVD coating.

Awesome. It has been in my ear higher holes for 6 months now. No color fading, hasn't fallen out and been lost. I'm getting more :) Black stars are hawt. Blue ones too.
