This stainless steel straight barbell is made form implant grade 316L stainless steel. This very economical barbell is externally threaded, meaning the ball threads onto the barbell. Barbells 12 gauge and larger have step-down threads meaning the threaded shaft on the barbell is thinner than the barbell so the threads don't catch on your piercing. The stainless steel balls are both removable and counter-sunk for a clean fit with the barbell.

Quality barbell with a great price...only problem I'm having is getting the other ball to come off. Barbell grips will solve that.

Bought this product while I was waiting on a special order. It arrived quickly and the balls screw on smoothly and are tight. Although my special order piece has arrived I still use this from time to time. The finish is still bright and shiny. A great value for the price.

This is a great basic sturdy barbell. Definitely saw a difference in healing time for my helix piercing once I switched from a CBR to this barbell.
