I like how these are discreet without being boring and are comfortable and easy to manage, although occasionally one of the threaded ends can fall off. I also like how I can wear a pair of standard earrings through the hole for a more versatile look.

These six sided nuts match my Mountain Hardwear equipment, and a lot of people comment on their uniqueness.
At least in the smaller diameters, the jewelry is okay for an active lifestyle. After a year of continuous wear, my lobe has loosened enough that the jewelry can be pulled completely through with a little effort. Only once has it come out of my ear during sleep and never while running, swimming or climbing.
I find the threads easy to loosen for cleaning and tighten for security. They clean with alcohol and a soft brush in or out of my ears.
Id like to see more color options.

Hubby says the hex is bigger then he was thinking. but loves them anyway. I think they look wonderful. they were easy to put in and the threads matched up without any problems. very smooth no burs or nicks.

These are awesome, I love the fact that only one side screws on. You still need to make sure every now and then, that it still screwed on all the way, I almost lost one sleeping. Since then they have been great! Very easy to clean. Also gotten many compliments and a few do you have a bolt in your ear?
