This Pyrex single flared eyelet is available in diameters from 8g to 3 inches. The flare is approximately 2mm bigger than the gauge so they will stay securely in your piercing. The wearable area between the flare and o-ring is approximately 10mm or about 3/8". Each eyelet comes with one o-ring. Pyrex items do not have a groove for the o-ring.

As of December 2011 I have yet to see a better deal on these. They are my preferred choice to wear for the first few weeks after a stretch and have yet to disappoint. My body seems to prefer metal over glass and the pair I received were flawless and perfectly matched.

I bought these because I was nervous about the stretch from 0 to 00 being painful - so glad I got them! I love to wear my regular hoop earrings through these plugs. They're smooth glass that slide right in with some emu oil.

I had a pair pre-ordered, and they were exactly what I wanted. the flares are nice and small, and the wearable is perfect. I've yet to wear them for a longer duration of time, but I put them in after I washed them, and again to take some photos and they are comfortable so far. They are the first pair of eyelets I've had for my inner conches, and I couldn't be happier. My holes don't look naked, but that wasn't what I wanted anyways. They are just nice and subtle pieces, and you can never go wrong with eyelets. There isn't a single flaw with these babies. I might get an 8g pair with teeny flares for my nostrils, too.

I love these! My 7/16" really freak people out when I wear them. Uncomfortable to wear to bed though.
