This is super fun, I got it to switch between my retainer which I wear to work. This is easy to get in and out even though its externally threaded, shhhh!

I always have a problem finding septum rings like these online because they always turn out too big.. these are a great size, I love them. The gems aren't too noticeable in a septum though.

I bought this ring for my septum piercing. Overall, I like the look of the ring but the gems aren't as visible as I'd like because they face downwards. This would probably be better suited for a lip piercing where the ends of the balls are constantly exposed. Still, good quality. I've had it for several months and the gems are still firmly in place.
