Wear your heart in your ear! The front flare on this pair of plugs is shaped like a heart. Each plug is handmade, so no two will be exactly alike, but they will be matched as closely as possible. The back flare is a regular flare shape, not a heart. The wearable area between the flares is about 5/16".
