Ideally good for the price and after struggling to get other regular CBRs in with and without tools a lot of tugging and pulling and pain I am so glad I got these. Easily goes in and out with no tools!!!I probably wouldn't wear them in the shower because I am unsure if the spring part is also rust proof but since it is so easy to get in and out not a problem to take off before I jump into the shower. They are such a nice weight a little heavier but I like a weighted CBR. Also my purchase came earlier than Steel Navel quoted....yeah!!!that is so great customer service.
