This flesh tunnel is made to look like a regular double flared eyelet rather than a flesh tunnel. The flares are more rounded than traditional flesh tunnels, so you can hardly tell where they unscrew! The threading is smooth, and the removable end screws on and off easily. 0g and larger have a space between the two pieces to hold a removable acrylic logo disk (sold separately). The wearable length between flares is 5/16" for all gauges.
