This straight barbell is made from 316LVM ASTM F-138 implant grade stainless steel. It is internally threaded for comfort during insertion and has countersunk ends for a precision fit.

Nice piece, put it in yesterday as my stretch to my tongue. gonna wait a few days before putting in the barbell post I bought with this and reuse the balls with it....feels nice though and a little big....

I love next-to-the-surface piercings especially with my tongue bars. After searching for quite a while at piercing shops as well as online, I found SN to be the only place where I could find the right gauge AND length without having to settle for a bar that would stick out the top of my tongue.

This worked out perfect because I need only one more barbell and 2 of the same size ball for my labret studs as I already had one barbell and both back discs.

I have worn this in my inner conch piercing for the past 1½ years. Its very comfortable. The threads have never come loose on the jewelry. The finish is perfect. No nicks, burrs, or scratches. The balls sit flush with the post.
