Went with another companies curved barbell @ 5/8 length and it was too long...partner complained of it sliding too much, not so with the 5/8 steel navel version...rolling with a 2G 5/8 with 1/2 balls and absolutely NO complaints...it stimulates me and my partner incredibly! Ladies, if you haven't rode a PA, then you have NO idea what you are missing!

4g PA. love it. The size is perfect. To size correctly, measure the length of skin between your urethra and the piercing, then add 1-2 sizes to keep the ball from moving too far up your urethra. My length was 6/16. I chose a 7/16 length barbell with 6/16 balls. It is perfect. 8/16 length barbell would work too, if you want you or your partner to notice more of that colored barbell.
Came from a CBR. Much to my dismay, my partners often complained of pain as I got up to the larger gauges. The jewelry was just too big. Not so with this curved barbell.
