This straight barbell is made from 316LVM ASTM F-138 implant grade stainless steel. It is internally threaded for comfort during insertion and has countersunk ends for a precision fit. Each end has a Swarovski Crystal gem.

I am in love with this barbell! My nipple piercing hasn't been happy lately and I thought maybe it was because of the lower grade of jewelry. Within even a day of having this new one in, my problems cleared up! The high polish is very mirror-like and the gem is very red, almost ruby.
