This flat back labret is made from 316LVM ASTM F-138 implant grade stainless steel. It is internally threaded for comfort during insertion and has a countersunk titanium faceted micro gem end for a precision fit. The micro faceted gem ball has a Swarovski crystal available in fourteen color choices. The setting size is 3/32" and the gem size is 1.5mm.

The 3mm or 5mm high polish 6AL4V ELI F-136 implant grade titanium disk also unscrews.
